Technical Incident Reporting Platform

This application enables established enterprises to report technical incidents related to power supply issues (e.g., unscheduled outages, voltage irregularities, etc.) directly to ETVA VI.PE. S.A.

To submit a report, the established enterprise operating within the Business Park is required to provide the Supply Number (prominently displayed on electricity bills), as well as certain personal data (e.g., billing TIN, address, etc.) and other required information (such as a description of the issue, date of occurrence, contracted capacity, etc.).

Subsequently, the report is processed and forwarded by ETVA VI.PE. S.A. to the competent technical department of HEDNO (Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator) for further action.
